- How long does shipping/delivery take?
Most orders arrive within 3–5 business days, but please allow up to 7–10 business days depending on order size, item type, and destination.
- Can i cancel my order?
Please note that it is not possible to cancel an already confirmed order. If you cancel your order, a handling fee of $30 will be deducted.
- How do we ship?
We’re a U.S.-based company, and all orders are shipped via USPS.Please note that we are not responsible for delays caused by postal services or for missed birthdays, holidays, or other special occasions due to shipping delays.
- How can I track my order?
When your order is shipped you received a tracking number.
- What if I don’t receive my order?
If your package is lost due to USPS mishandling, please contact us within 1–2 days after the expected delivery date. Once the loss is confirmed, we will issue a 50% refund as compensation.
- Does my artwork or wallet comes in a box?
Yes, all of our products come in a thick cardboard box with inside protection for a flawless delivery.
- Is it real money?
No — our bills are novelty replicas, not legal tender, and cannot be used as real currency.In the United States, creating or using items that could be mistaken for genuine U.S. currency may violate federal counterfeiting laws (18 U.S. Code § 471 et seq.).Our designs fully comply with U.S. legal standards for novelty and collectible reproductions and are intended for decorative or artistic purposes only.
- How can I pay?
We accept, Paypal, Apple pay, Visa, Mastercard & American Express. All common payment methods are accepted.
- Is my frame well protected during shipping?
Absolutely! Every piece is carefully packed with multiple layers of protection to ensure it arrives safely and in perfect condition.
- What if my piece arrives damaged due to shipping?
You should email us within 1-2 days of arrival so we can open a claim with USPS.
